Pilates I discovered Pilates around twenty years ago, in Ireland, the country in which I lived a large part of my life. I immediately became a regular follower of this safe and effective discipline. There I found the rigor and placements of classical dance associated with particularly interesting deep muscle strengthening exercises to prevent and cure many everyday ailments and develop fine and strong deep muscles, useful for all sporting disciplines. I have since continued to practice regularly.
Yoga I only discovered yoga much later, wrongly thinking that yoga was not suited to the athlete that I am. I had to acquire the necessary maturity to finally understand the depth, the benefits of yoga and its relevance in the daily life of everyone, athletes and non-athletes, sedentary workers, elderly people, hyperactive people! Working on breathing, flexibility, joint mobility and stress make it a valuable ally in my daily life. After deepening my Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga practices, I more recently developed a passion for aerial yoga and all aerial discipline which I continue to explore in all its facets.
