Pilates
Pilates classes given on mats with or without accessories. Its objectives are the development of your coremuscles, improvement of posture, joint flexibility, for maintenance, improvement of physical functions.
Hatha Yoga
Private Pilates class taught on the reformer Pilates. The original structure with slings and pulleys allows you to work the entire body, particularly the lower and upper limbs, against elastic resistance provided by the springs, and with a return dynamic. The abdominals respond very well to exercises performed on The Reformer. The diversity of exercises it offers as well as its fun aspect make it a tool of choice for individual training and rehabilitation. I use a foldable reformer which allows me to offer you private lessons at home or in my private studio.
Hatha Yoga
HATHA YOGA is one of the most traditional forms of yoga. It is a slow and relaxed practice very efficient in relaxing the body and mind. The postures are held much longer than in dynamic yogas. It’s a gentle yoga that adapts to everyone’s level. There are therefore no particular contraindications.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and sporty style of yoga. Floor barre - Progressing Ballet Technique
A practice that combines the grace of ballet with deep muscle strengthening. We work on the strength of the center, the posture, the opening of the hips, the lengthening of all the muscles, the beauty of the gesture. Floor barre exercises are designed to sculpt long, thin muscles and a graceful posture. This training is accessible to everyone.
